After receiving various mails on how to add privacy policy to blogger's attribution i think the best way to answer this question is to post it here so that anybody finding it difficult to add privacy policy to blogger's attribution, in this tutorial i am sharing with you how I added a link to my blog's privacy policy page beside the Blogger's attribution in the footer of my blog. You have to include an appropriate privacy policy in your site/blog because it has a very vital role to play when it comes to google adsense Failure to do so might get you kicked out of the Google Adsense programme and might make Google not to accept your application if you apply for Google Adsense.
Let's go there:
Step 1: If you do not a privacy policy for your blog, go to http://www.serprank.com/privacy-policy-generator/index.php to generate one for your blog by just entering your domain name and email address.
Step 2: Copy your tear rubber generated privacy policy into a notepad, go ahead to create a new post, with the title "Privacy Policy". Paste the privacy policy generated into it and publish it.
View the post in your browser, copy the url of the post and shorten the url using any url shortening service. I use www.goo.gl. Copy the shortened url into a notepad.
Edit the code below with your shortened url:
Once edited, log in to your Blogger dashboard, go to "Layout" and scroll down to the "Attribution" widget.
Click "edit" and paste the edited code above inside the box.
Click "Save" That's all.
